Carl Goldstein

With more than 30 years’ experience, Carl’s activity with clients of owner-managed privately held enterprises includes developing strategic action plans, negotiating contracts, helping business development, attending Board of Directors meetings, assisting in financing, advising on day-to-day business operations, and a wide range of other related services. Carl specializes in business transition planning. Carl is proud to play a leading role in a consultancy that focuses on its clients -asking questions about their lives, goals and families - in order to address their real concerns, and in the process offering them a feeling of friendship. So many accountants take a historic perspective in that they look at a history of the numbers. Carl considers himself as mathematician and, as such, he likes to compute the future to help the client grow to achieve their business and quality-of-life goals. “I wake up in the middle of the night strategizing about the direction my clients need to take to grow.”
Alongside business consulting, Carl devotes time to volunteer efforts. He is currently the Treasurer and a Member of the Directors for the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (225,000 members). He is past Vice Chairman of the City of Worcester's Industrial Redevelopment Authority, and past member of the Worcester Redevelopment Authority Citizen Participation Committee regarding the Worcester Medical City's Plan. Carl’s other positions have included Member of the Worcester Children's Friend Society, a Founding Director of Why Me, Inc., Treasurer of Worcester Jewish Community Center, Treasurer of Temple Sinai and Treasurer of Worcester Youth Soccer League and member of Masonic Level Lodge.
