Experience

David is a Senior Consultant with ROCG Portfolio People focusing on the key areas of strategic planning, product development and marketing in SMEs.

Prior to joining ROCG, David was CEO and Founder of Melbourne based company FlexiComm from 1998 to 2004.

For his role in founding FlexiComm, he was recognized by the Victorian State Government as an emerging leader and won a grant to study an executive development course at University of California -Berkeley.

As CEO, David developed extensive experience in commercialising innovative services and technologies for use both locally and internationally. David has the ability to create and qualify strategic direction, and has extensive experience in product development and implementing marketing strategies.

Previously, David worked with Norwich Union Navigator as Training Manager, then, the fastest growing Master Trust service in Australia. David developed and delivered training workshops to financial advisers on financial analysis and business management.

David graduated from RMIT University in 1995 with a business degree majoring in accounting. He subsequently graduated with a diploma in financial planning from RMIT in 1996. In 2002, he graduated from UC-Berkeley’s executive development program for high growth business start-ups.

In his spare time, David is a keen sailor.
