Experience

As a leader, Di’s experience has allowed her to lead human resource based projects, establish policies, lead initiatives and implement programs designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and participants.

Di’s experience has included:

  • Establish project management systems to implement, monitor, review and evaluate program coordination, performance management, management and employee responsibilities, outputs and desired outcomes according to organisational goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate and achieve results in the diverse environment of human resource management and training;
  • HR Consultant for RTO - Initiating and developing projects and systems related to Learning and Recognition Frameworks, Certificates II, III and IV, and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
  • Use effective change processes to promote and improve the educational experience of participants in learning programs. These people include public and private sector leaders, participants in community learning, executive learning, school students and professionals.

Major projects have been subject to evaluation and internal and external audit, requiring leadership in quality improvement processes for programs and products.
