Elizabeth has served as CEO and President of various privately held firms in advance of her 20 years of consulting experience in organizational development, strategic planning, human resources, and people development. She has served companies in various retail and wholesale, distribution, service and supply venues. Her assignments include the following:

Facilitated the development and implementation of a Strategic Plan for a regional service company designed to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth

Facilitated the development of a high level organizational design and development program including a new management structure and a people development program with integral pay for performance program for a professional firm in order to facilitate growth and insure employee stability.

Developed strategic options and evaluated the feasibility of those various options for a large service company inclusive of an implementation plan for the chosen strategic plan.
