Ken is a founding member of ROCG and a founder of Jacobsen & Company, P.C., a Certified Public Accounting firm.  He began his career with KPMG in New York where he was a Senior Tax Manager.

Ken works extensively with international clients on tax planning and structural issues for their U.S. operations.  He has over 30 years of experience with cross border and domestic tax matters from both an inbound and outbound perspective.

Ken represents a number of foreign companies in the U.S. with a particular concentration of U.K. and Irish owned entities.  These include entrepreneurial growth companies in technology and software as well as publically traded and governmental owned entities. He regularly deals with a broad variety of issues, including transfer pricing strategies and documentation, repatriation of earnings, debt/equity, mergers and acquisitions, multistate complexities and international employee transfers.
