
Lewis Hunter
Lewis is a Principal in ROCG which is an international professional service and consulting firm with offices throughout North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. ROCG is the only international firm specializing in the areas of business transition strategy, finance and operations for privately owned and emerging growth enterprises.
Lewis is also the founder of Hunter & Associates P.A., an accounting firm which specializes in audit and accounting services for a variety of businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Lewis manages all firm client services, including tax planning, business development and consulting. He forms relationships with each client and assesses which are the best possible financial strategies to use for their organization. Lewis obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting degree from the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors. Lewis has taken numerous continuing education courses from the University of North Florida, and he is currently a Six Sigma Certification candidate.
Prior to his work with ROCG, Lewis was a staff accountant for Price Waterhouse & Company, a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, a certified Management Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Lewis is currently a member of the Meninak Club of Jacksonville and the African American Chamber of Commerce, a mentor and sponsor for the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center, trustee for the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and an instructor for the Construction Accounting and Business Management program at Florida A&M University. He is also a member of Leadership Jacksonville.
